An audio encoding and decoding method and apparatus, and a non-transitory readable storage medium are provided. The encoding method includes: selecting a first target virtual speaker from a preset virtual speaker set based on a current scene audio signal; generating a first virtual speaker signal based on the current scene audio signal and attribute information of the first target virtual speaker; and encoding the first virtual speaker signal to obtain a bitstream. According to the encoding method, an amount of encoded data is reduced, to improve encoding efficiency.

Disclosed are a multi-channel audio signal encoding method and apparatus. Audio signals of P channels in a current frame of a multi-channel audio signal can be obtained, where the audio signals of the P channels include audio signals of K channel pairs; respective bit quantities of the K channel pairs are determined based on the respective energy/amplitudes of the audio signals of the P channels and a quantity of available bits; and the audio signals of the P channels are encoded based on the respective bit quantities of the K channel pairs to obtain an encoded bitstream, to improve encoding quality.

The method includes: determining, by a relay terminal, a vehicle existing between a vehicle terminal i and a vehicle terminal j based on vehicle location information in received broadcast messages sent by N vehicle terminals; and when it is obtained through calculation that link quality of a communication link Rij used when the vehicle terminal i and the vehicle terminal j communicate with each other is lower than a preset threshold, forwarding, to the vehicle terminal j, a broadcast message sent by the vehicle terminal i, and forwarding, to the vehicle terminal i, a broadcast message sent by the vehicle terminal j. A relay forwarding function of the relay terminal avoids communication interruption or communication distance limitation caused by blocking due to dynamic and unpredictable factors such as a large vehicle within the Internet of vehicles, thereby improving reliability of message transmission within the Internet of vehicles.

A signal encoding method and device are disclosed. The method includes, when an encoding manner of a previous frame of a currently-input frame is a continuous encoding manner, predicting a comfort noise that is generated by a decoder according to the currently-input frame when the currently-input frame is encoded into an SID frame, determining an actual silence signal, determining a deviation degree between the comfort noise and the actual silence signal, determining an encoding manner of the currently-input frame according to the deviation degree, and encoding the currently-input frame according to the encoding manner of the currently-input frame. It is determined, according to the deviation degree between the comfort noise and the actual silence signal, that the encoding manner of the currently-input frame is the hangover frame encoding manner or the SID frame encoding manner, which can save communication bandwidth.

The present application relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to a stop word identification method used in an information retrieval system. In a stop word identification method, after a first query input by a user is acquired, a second query that belongs to a same session as the first query is acquired, and a stop word in the first query is identified according to a change-based feature of each word in the first query relative to the second query. According to the solution provided by the present application, a stop word in a query can be identified more accurately, and efficiency and precision of an information retrieval system are improved.

The disclosure provides a method and an apparatus for adaptively detecting a voice activity in an input audio signal composed of frames. The method comprises the steps of: determining a noise characteristic of the input signal based on a received frame of the input audio signal; deriving a voice activity detection (VAD) parameter based on the noise characteristic of the input audio signal; and comparing the derived VAD parameter with a threshold value to provide a voice activity detection decision.

Embodiments of this application disclose an audio signal encoding and decoding method, including: obtaining, based on spectra of M blocks of a current frame of a to-be-encoded audio signal, M transient state identifiers of the M blocks, where the M blocks include a first block, and a transient state identifier of the first block indicates that the first block is a transient state block, or indicates that the first block is a non-transient state block; obtaining group information of the M blocks based on the M transient state identifiers of the M blocks; performing grouping and arranging on the spectra of the M blocks based on the group information of the M blocks, to obtain a to-be-encoded spectrum of the current frame; encoding the to-be-encoded spectrum by using an encoding neural network to obtain a spectrum encoding result; and writing the spectrum encoding result into a bitstream.
