Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a data sending method, a data receiving method, a transmit-end device, and a receive-end device. The data sending method provided in the embodiments of this application may include: performing scrambling code initialization to generate a scrambling code; scrambling a data block based on the scrambling code; repeatedly sending the scrambled data block; performing scrambling code initialization to generate a new scrambling code when an interval after previous scrambling code initialization of the data block is greater than or equal to a preset scrambling code initialization parameter threshold; scrambling the data block again based on the generated new scrambling code; and repeatedly sending the data block scrambled again. The embodiments of this application can improve efficiency of data transmission between a transmit-end device and a receive-end device.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of mobile communication, and in particular, to frequency determining technologies in the field of wireless communication. In a frequency determining method, a base station determines a frequency according to different modes, so that an interval between the frequency and a channel raster is not greater than a particular threshold. Corresponding frequencies are determined by setting different thresholds. According to the technical solutions provided in this application, user equipment may determine, in different modes, a corresponding frequency resource to communicate with a base station.

Abstract: A system and a method for performing 2D on-screen user gaze estimation using an input facial image of a user captured using a camera associated to a processing device having a display. The method and system allow automated user calibration through automatic recording of calibration samples each including a calibration facial image of the user and an interaction point corresponding to a point on the display where an occurrence of a user interaction was detected when the corresponding calibration image was captured. The system and method also optimize user-specific parameters using the calibration samples by iteratively minimizing a total difference between the interaction points of a plurality of the calibration samples and corresponding 2D gaze estimation results and convert an estimated 3D gaze direction into a 2D gaze estimation result corresponding to a point on the display, by applying the users-specific parameters.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for obtaining an uplink-downlink carrier frequency spacing. The method for obtaining an uplink-downlink carrier frequency spacing may include initiating, by user equipment (UE), a request in a first cell to access an NB-IoT, and receiving an indication message sent by a base station. The method may also include determining, by the UE according to the indication information, an uplink-downlink carrier frequency spacing corresponding to the first cell. Therefore, the base station can notify the UE of the uplink-downlink carrier frequency spacing corresponding to the first cell, so that the terminal obtains a correct uplink carrier frequency.

Abstract: A content delivery method and system, where the content delivery method includes receiving, by a first virtual server, a first request message from a content requester, where the first request message carries a first uniform resource locator (URL) of user-requested content, determining, by the first virtual server according to a cache list maintained by the first virtual server, that one of one or more storage servers managed by the first virtual server has cached the content corresponding to the first URL, and redirecting the first request message to a first storage server that is recorded in the cache list and that has cached the content corresponding to the first URL. A computation capability and a storage capability of a server cluster are separated, and content input/output (I/O) throughput performance is effectively improved.
