摘要： Stable, pumpable, aqueous suspensions of water-insoluble, calcium-binding aluminosilicates suitable as stock suspensions comprising (A) from 20% to 55% by weight of at least one finely-divided, water-insoluble silicate compound having a calcium-binding power of at least 50 mg CaO/gm of anhydrous active substance and having the formula, combined water not shown(M.sub.2/n O).sub.x . Me.sub.2 O.sub.3 . (SiO.sub.2).sub.ywhere M is a cation of the valence n, exchangeable with calcium, x is a number of from 0.7 to 1.5, Me is aluminum or boron, and y is a number from 0.8 to 6, (B) from 0.2% to 5% by weight of at least one organic dispersing agent as follows:(1) lower alkylene oxide or glycide adducts of an N-higher alkyl/alkenyl-alkylenediamine,(2) lower alkylene oxide or glycide adducts of the reaction product of .epsilon.-caprolactam with an N-mono- or di-higher alkyl/alkenyl-alkylenediamine,(3) ethylene or propylene oxide adducts of long chain vicinal aminoalkanols,(4) the reaction product of ethylene glycol and a higher epoxyalkane and ethylene oxide adducts thereof.

摘要： This invention relates to a granular, free-flowing detergent component which dissolves rapidly in water and which has a powder density of from 550 to 900 g/l, consisting of synthetic, essentially nonionic surfactants, inorganic supports, other organic washing aids, and water bound by adsorption and in hydrate form. The detergent component is produced by spray-drying, and more than 50% by weight thereof consists of droplet-like to rodlet-like particles having an average diameter of from about 0.02 to 1.5 mm, an average length of from about 0.1 to 5 mm, and a ratio of average diameter to average length of from about 1:1.2 to 1:10, optionally coated with a finely divided water-soluble or water-dispersible solid material as a fluidity improving agent.

摘要： A spray-dried, high-sudsing detergent granulate is disclosed having a bulk density of not more than 450 gm/l and a high content of anionic tensides, which is characterized by a granule structure resistant to mechanical and climatic influences. The detergent granulate contains a tenside component of alkylbenzene sulfonates and, possibly, fatty alcohol sulfates, a builder component of sodium tripolyphosphate, finely crystalline sodium aluminosilicate (zeolite NaA) and sodium silicate. For the preparation, an aqueous slurry is sprayed in spray-drying equipment. The obtained spray-dried product has a porous granule structure with a mean granule size of 0.4 to 0.8 mm. The bulk density is preferably in the range from 250 to 400 gm/l.

摘要： In the production of a spray-dried detergent containing a silicone/silica mixture as an antifoaming agent, the aqueous silicone-free detergent slurry (A) is combined in the range of the spray nozzle or in the pressure line leading to the spray nozzle under conditions whereby substantial mixing is avoided in order to avoid loss of the antifoaming action, with an aqueous dispersion (B) which contains the liquid antifoaming silicone agent, which is present in a particle size of from 0.5 to 40 .mu.m, as well as a film-forming, high-molecular-weight polymer which is soluble or swellable in water, and which is suitable for the formation of microcapsules, preferably a cellulose ether. The microcapsules are formed during the combination of the mixture (A) with the dispersion (B) at the time of spraying, or in the dispersion itself, if electrolyte salts were added to the latter before spraying.

摘要： This invention is directed to a method of preparing block copolymers useful as foam inhibitors, which method comprises the steps of:(1) mixing (a) from 100 parts by weight of a polydimethylsiloxane that is liquid at 20.degree. C., and (b) from about 2 to 20 parts by weight of a spatially cross-linked polysiloxane resin with a molecular weight of from about 1000 to 10,000;(2) heating said mixture in the presence of a catalyst until the viscosity is at least 200 mPa.s, as measured at 20.degree. C., to form a block polymer;(3) mixing said block polymer with (c) from about 0.5 to 15 parts by weight of a silicon dioxide aerogel; and(4) heating the mixture from step (3).
