摘要： A load detection device for a vehicle seat mounted between a floor side mounting mechanism made of metal and a seat side mounting mechanism made of metal and measuring a load applied by an occupant seated on the vehicle seat includes a strain generating body adapted to be fixed via both end portions to a fitting surface formed at one of the floor side mounting mechanism and the seat side mounting mechanism while having a predetermined clearance from the fitting surface, a strain gauge attached to the strain generating body, a bracket made of metal and including an attachment portion that extends laterally relative to the strain generating body, and an amplifier substrate mounted on the attachment portion while being arranged in parallel to the strain generating body, both surfaces of the amplifier substrate being covered by one of or more of the bracket, the floor side mounting mechanism and the seat side mounting mechanism, the amplifier substrate amplifying a signal output from the strain gauge.

摘要： A load detecting device for a vehicle seat includes a supporting base adapted to be mounted on a floor of the vehicle, a plurality of load sensors arranged along a forward and backward direction of a seat for the vehicle on the supporting base, the load sensors including a load input portion, a deflection portion deflecting by a load and a deflection gauge measuring an amount of deflection, the load sensors detecting the load based on the amount of deflection measured by the deflection gauge, a connecting member connecting the load input portions, a seat supporting member connected to the connecting member and adapted to support the seat for the vehicle, the seat supporting member transmitting load to the connecting member, and a stopper preventing deformation of the connecting member in a vertical direction of the seat when load which exceeding a predetermined value is applied to the connecting member.

摘要： An individual detector comprises a range image sensor and an object detection stage. The range image sensor is disposed to face a detection area and generates a range image. When one or more physical objects exist in said area, each image element of the range image includes each distance value up to the one or more physical objects, respectively. Based on the range image generated with the sensor, the object detection stage separately detects the one or more physical objects in the area. Accordingly, it is possible to separately detect one or more physical objects in the detection area without increasing the number of constituent elements for detecting the one or more physical objects.

摘要： A sensor body is interposed between a leg bracket and a lower rail and detects a seat load. A plate member of the sensor body is a unit including a circular strain element having an axial line in the vertical direction and a substrate extending radially from the strain element. An outer circumferential support member is attached to the leg bracket to hold the outer circumferential edge of the strain element. An inner circumferential support member is attached to the lower rail to hold the inner circumferential edge of the strain element. The strain element includes a strain gauge configured to output a signal in accordance with the load in the axial direction of the strain element on the basis of the distortion between the outer and inner circumferences. The substrate includes an electric circuit electrically connected the strain gauge and configured to process the output signal from strain gauge.
