    摘要: A touch panel having a transparent region and a peripheral region surrounding the transparent region is provided. The touch panel includes a transparent cover, a touch device, a light-shielding layer, a layer of conductive lines, and a touch chip. The transparent cover has a touch surface and a device mounting surface opposite thereto. The touch device is disposed on the device mounting surface and at least located at the transparent region. The light-shielding layer is disposed on the transparent cover and located inside the peripheral region. The layer of conductive lines is disposed on the device mounting surface, located inside the peripheral region, and electrically connected to the touch device. The touch chip is disposed on the layer of conductive lines through a chip-on-glass process.

The substrate has a touch-sensitive region and a decoration region around the touch-sensitive region. A portion of the decoration region is a semi-transparent region. The sensing electrodes are disposed on the touch-sensitive region and interlaced to each other. The decoration layer is disposed on the decoration region. The decoration layer has a meshed pattern in the semi-transparent region. The meshed pattern has a plurality of non-transparent mesh dots. The area ratio of the non-transparent mesh dots in the semi-transparent region is used to regulate the light transmittance of the semi-transparent region. In another embodiment, the meshed pattern has a plurality of transparent mesh holes. The area ratio of the transparent holes in the semi-transparent region is used to regulate the light transmittance of the semi-transparent region.

The movable jaw is engaged with the worm gear and moves linearly relative to the fixed jaw upon rotating the worm gear. The handle is pivotally fixed to the fixed jaw. The lock mechanism is installed between the fixed jaw and the handle and operable to a lock position a relative pivotal movement between the fixed jaw and the handle is obstructed and to an unlock position the fixed jaw and the handle are able to pivot relative to each other.

    摘要: An open-end wrench for quickly turning an object includes a driving end including a first jaw and a second jaw which cooperate together. One of the first and second jaws includes a recess defined therein. Further, a movable engaging member includes a body pivotally fixed in the recess by a pivot. The body is in a surface contact with a lateral wall of the recess, and the recess supports the body. The pivot is inserted through the body and is fixedly engaged with a wall of the recess. Further, an elastic member resiliently engages with the movable engaging member. Furthermore, the open-end wrench is turned in a first turning direction to turn the object and in a second turning direction to move relatively to the object.
