Abstract: A scheduling method includes controlling, by a terminal, a scheduling speed of broadcast scheduling events when a first preset condition is met, where the first preset condition includes that a quantity of broadcast scheduling events in a preset time window is greater than or equal to a first preset value, wherein the broadcast scheduling event is distributing a broadcast to a receiver, and wherein the receiver includes at least one of software, a component, or a program.
