Abstract: A touch display apparatus comprises a display panel, a touch panel, a functional film and an adhesive element. The touch panel is disposed opposite the display panel and includes a first surface facing the display panel. The functional film is disposed on the first surface of the touch panel and includes an outer edge. The adhesive element is disposed at an edge of at least one of the display panel and the touch panel and adheres to the display panel and the touch panel. The adhesive element includes an inner edge, and a minimum distance between the inner edge and the outer edge is between 0 and 10 mm.
