摘要： In a key switch device 3, a guide member 10 constructed of a first and a second links 14 and 15, which guides a vertical movement of a key top 9, is movably mounted on a support plate 2 with a mounting member 6 provided with a rotatably supporting portion 7 which rotatably supports a rotatable shaft 18 formed at a lower end of the first link 14 and a slidably supporting portion 8 which slidably supports a slidable shaft 20 formed at a lower end of the second link 15. The mounting member 6 is fixed on the support plate 2 with a first, second, and third adhesive layers 24, 25, and 26.

摘要： A keyswitch for a keyboard used with a computer or similar device that has a keytop linked to the base board. A printed circuit board having a contact switch associated with each keytop is associated with the base board. Linking each keytop with the base board is a scissors type guide. A pair of resilient springs are attached to the guide. One of the springs is in continual contact with the base board and: the other spring contacts the contact switch only after the keytop has been depressed a fixed distance thereby closing the contact switch.

摘要： A key switch wherein a switching action is effected by movements of a keytop movably connected to a holder via a scissors-type support linkage which consists of first and second links connected pivotally about a common primary pivot shaft. The keytop, holder and first and second links include at least one special secondary pivot shaft each carried by a special support portion, and at least one special bearing portion each engaging the corresponding special secondary pivot shaft. The special support portion and/or the corresponding special bearing portion has/have an elastic portion which elastically yields to allow engagement of the special pivot shaft and the special bearing portion during assembling of the keytop, support linkage and holder.

摘要： A conductor pattern surface of a plastically deformable substrate of a key switch device is insulated with a resist, and a switching circuit pattern is printed on the resist layer by using conductive ink. Carbon conductor ink is applied by printing on connectors and fixed contact patterns, and a mask is printed on the other portion. Mounting portions for mounting a guide supporting member are formed on the substrate by pressing the substrate from the lower surface thereof. An object of the invention is to integrate an electrical circuit pattern with a mounting portion of actuator structure so as to provide a key switch device which can reduce the thickness and the number of parts of a keyboard for a word processor, personal computer or any other device having a keyboard or keypad.

摘要： A keyswitch assembly for a keyboard for a word processor or a computer comprises a key, a key support mechanism supporting the key formed by pivotally joining two support levers in a scissors-like form, a rubber spring disposed under the key support mechanism, and a support plate supporting the key support mechanism, the rubber spring and a printed wiring board on its surface. The key support mechanism is connected to the key and the support plate by slidably fitting pivots formed on the upper ends of the support levers in the slots of guiding parts formed on the lower surface of the key and slidably fitting pivots formed on the lower ends of the support levers in slots formed by raising portions of the support plate. The omission of a base plate, which is an essential component of a prior art keyswitch assembly, reduces the number of parts and the manufacturing cost and simplifies the construction of the keyswitch assembly.
