    摘要: An organic electroluminescence display package includes an organic electroluminescence element (30), a frame (40), and a transparent liquid (56). The organic electroluminescence element has a transparent electrically-conductive substrate (302), an organic electroluminescence layer (306), and a cathode (308). The frame includes a sealant layer (402) and a transparent top cover (404), and the transparent liquid is used to prevent moisture and oxygen from permeating the package. The transparent electrically-conductive substrate, the organic electroluminescence layer and the cathode are stacked from bottom to top in that order. The transparent top cover is mounted on the transparent electrically-conductive substrate via the sealant layer to form an airtight cavity (54), and the transparent liquid is filled in the airtight cavity. The package has the advantages of sufficient permeability and compactness.

The supporting member is configured for supporting a substrate (23) having an alignment layer (26). The conveyor is configured for conveying the supporting member along a predetermined direction. The high-pressure fluid generator is configured for generating and ejecting high-pressure fluid onto a surface of the alignment layer of the substrate to form an alignment surface. Because the alignment apparatus includes the high-pressure fluid generator which can eject high-pressure fluid to impact the surface of the alignment layer in order to form an alignment surface, no debris is introduced. Therefore, the substrates processed by the alignment apparatus can have improved quality and reliability.

The liquid crystal layer is accommodated in the cell area. The second seal pattern encloses the first seal pattern, and is spaced a distance (D) therefrom. Each of the first and second seal patterns is a continuous body. The liquid crystal display panel has the first substrate and the second substrate securely combined together by use of the dual seal patterns. The space between the first seal pattern and the second seal pattern can be a vacuum. The vacuum can strengthen the combination of the first substrate with the second substrate.
