    摘要: A suspending agent-containing slurry is disclosed which comprises a dispersant and a particulate suspending agent having a particle size distribution in which the particle diameter at weight-cumulative 95%, from the minimum particle size, is 1 .mu.m or smaller. A method for efficiently producing the suspending agent-containing slurry is also disclosed. A process for suspension polymerization by use of the suspending agent-containing slurry is further disclosed. The slurry not only has such an excellent suspending ability in suspension polymerization that it enables the production of vinyl polymer beads having a narrow bead size distribution, but also is capable of retaining this ability over long and of exhibiting the same ability even when it has a high concentration. The suspension polymerization process enables vinyl polymer beads having a narrow bead size distribution to be produced efficiently due to the use of the slurry.

    摘要: The invention is directed to purified and isolated concanavalin A-binding proteins from chondrocytes that are not present in dedifferentiated cells from chondrocytes. The invention is also directed to a purified and isolated chondrocyte membrane protein, (CMP), which is a concanavalin A-binding protein, with a molecular weight of about 76 kD in SDS-PAGE. After treatment with endoglycosidase, CMP has an apparent molecular weight of about 67 kD. The N-terminal amino acid sequence and several internal amino acid sequences are given for CMP. These proteins can be used in assays, methods, or treatments involving differentiation of chondrocytes and the control of cartilaginous osteogenesis.

    摘要: An IC sheet cutting press performs a series of press cutting operations to separate ICs from an IC sheet while feeding the IC sheet stepwise. In the IC sheet cutting press, a series of press molds and an IC feed mechanism are mounted on a common die set to constitute a single press mold unit. When a different type of IC sheet is to be machined, the entire press mold unit can be exchanged with another one, so that various adjustments, e.g., adjustment of arrangement intervals of the press molds or a feed interval of the IC sheet can be omitted, and the operating efficiency of the cutting press and hence the compatibility are improved.An IC sheet processing apparatus, in which the IC sheet cutting press described aboved is combined with an automatic IC sheet loading unit, an IC lead bending press, and an IC storage unit for storing ICs after the lead bending operation, allows automatic IC sheet processing including the cutting operation of ICs from the IC sheet over a long period to time.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method for distinguishing a mesenchymal stem cell comprising, using at least one gene selected from the genes having the nucleotide sequences indicated by the accession numbers shown in Table 1 as a distinguish marker, detecting the difference in expression of the distinguish marker between a mesenchymal stem cell and a connective tissue cell to distinguish the mesenchymal stem cell from the connective tissue cell. This method enables to distinguish an undifferentiated mesenchymal stem cell from other connective tissue cell such as fibroblasts, osteoblasts, chondrocytes and adipose cells with good accuracy. A mesenchymal stem cell given by this method or a composition comprising the mesenchymal stem sell can be used as a therapeutic for use in the regenerative medicine.

Further, bone differentiation can be promoted by adding phospholipid.

    摘要: An objective of the present invention is to provide a production method of a sheet for regenerating a cartilage tissue, which uses a conventional sheet-shaped porous body comprising a biological absorbency synthetic high polymer, such as polylactic acid, polyglycolic acid and a copolymer of lactic acid and glycolic acid. The sheet for regenerating the cartilage tissue can differentiate chondrocytes or stem cells without culturing the cells by pressurizing such as a pressurizing culture like the conventional method, and can accumulate the cells in a supporting carrier with high efficiency. The sheet for regenerating the cartilage tissue is produced by the steps of; seeding chondrocytes or stem cells differentiating to the chondrocytes on a sheet-shaped porous body comprising a biological absorbency synthetic high polymer; taking the porous body into a culture liquid; applying acceleration of 100 to 1000 G to the porous body for a predetermined time; and culturing the porous body without applying the acceleration.
