Abstract: A display device may prevent a plurality of signal lines provided in a non-display area from being damaged by particles. The display device includes a first substrate including a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area, a first electrode provided in the display area over the first substrate, a light emitting layer provided over the first electrode, a second electrode provided over the light emitting layer, a plurality of lines provided in the non-display area over the first substrate, a plurality of organic patterns provided over the plurality of lines and spaced apart from one another, an adhesive layer provided over the plurality of organic patterns, and a second substrate provided over the adhesive layer. The light emitting layer and the second electrode are provided from the display area to the non-display area, and spaced distances among the plurality of organic patterns are shorter than a distance from an upper surface of the second electrode provided over the plurality of organic patterns to an upper surface of the adhesive layer.
