    Abstract: The present embodiments may provide a touch display device including: a display panel in which a plurality of data lines, a plurality of gate lines, and a plurality of touch electrodes are disposed; a gate-driving circuit configured to drive the plurality of gate lines; a data-driving circuit configured to drive the plurality of data lines; and a touch-driving circuit configured to drive the plurality of touch electrodes while the plurality of data lines and the plurality of gate lines are driven. In this touch display device, while a touch-driving signal swings with a predetermined amplitude, a data signal and a gate signal may also swing with the predetermined amplitude. According to the present embodiments, it is possible to enable high-speed image display and high-speed touch sensing, to perform a display operation and a touch operation simultaneously, and to display an image normally without any image change.

    Abstract: A touch display device includes a display panel having a plurality of data lines, gate lines, and common electrodes, a data driving circuit supplying a data signal to the data lines, a common electrode driving circuit supplying a common signal to the common electrodes and outputting sensing data by detecting sensing signals from one or more of the common electrodes, and a touch controller sensing touch based on the sensing data, in which the common electrodes are arranged in two or more common electrode columns, the two or more common electrode columns each include two or more common electrodes, and while the data signal is supplied to the data lines, the two or more common electrode columns are supplied with a common signal respectively through local buffers. It is possible to perform touch sensing even while display driving by removing noise due to display driving.

    Abstract: A display device having a built-in touchscreen and a driving chip, a circuit film, and a chip-on-film (COF) type driving circuit included in the display device. The COF type driving circuit performs data driving and touch driving in a combined manner. A source driving circuit outputs image data voltages through data channels. At least one touch driving circuit outputs touch driving signals through touch channels. The source driving circuit and the at least one touch driving circuit are mounted on an integrated circuit film. Data channel lines electrically connected to the data channels and touch channel lines electrically connected to the touch channels are disposed on the integrated circuit film. The noise avoidance line disposed on the integrated circuit film is located outward of an at least one outermost touch channel line.

    Abstract: A touch sensing device includes a display panel including a touch screen on which a plurality of touch sensors are formed, a touch sensing circuit including at least one sensing unit which receives self capacitance signals of a first touch sensor and a second touch sensor adjacent to the first touch sensor at differential input method and detects changes in capacitances of the first and second touch sensors, and a touch controller which analyzes touch raw data received from the touch sensing circuit and calculates coordinates of a touch input position. The sensing unit generates delays corresponding to a difference between the capacitances of the first and second touch sensors, accumulates the number of delays, converts an accumulated value of the delays into digital data, and generates the touch raw data.
