Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for transmitting and receiving a signal in a wireless communication system and a device supporting same. The method comprises the steps of: obtaining message A comprising a physical random access channel (PRACH) preamble and a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH); and transmitting the message A. The PUSCH is transmitted in one or more PUSCH occasions among continuous PUSCH occasions within a frequency domain and a time domain. The PRACH preamble is obtained from one or more predetermined PRACH preambles. The indices of the one or more PRACH preamble are mapped to the one or more PUSCH occasions in the ascending order.
