    Abstract: A refrigerator includes a door with a transparent display assembly that includes a front panel defining at least a portion of a front surface of the door, a touch sensor disposed on a rear surface of the front panel to recognize touch manipulation, a rear panel defining at least a portion of a rear surface of the door, an insulation coating layer provided on a surface of the rear panel by a metal oxide to block heat from the outside, an outer spacer disposed between the front panel and the rear panel to provide a sealed space between the front panel and the rear panel, a display disposed in the sealed space, a light guide plate spaced apart from the display to brighten up the display, and a spacer supporting the light guide plate and maintaining a distance between the display and the light guide plate.

    Abstract: A mobile robot includes a travel drive unit configured to move a main body, an image acquisition unit configured to acquire a plurality of images by continuously photographing surroundings of the main body, a storage configured to store the plurality of continuous images acquired by the image acquisition unit, a sensor unit having one or more sensors configured to sense an object during the movement of the main body, and a controller configured to, in response to the sensing of the object by the sensor unit, select an image acquired at a specific point in time earlier than an object sensing time of the sensor unit from among the plurality of continuous images based on a moving direction and a moving speed of the main body, and recognize an attribute of the object included in the selected image acquired at the specific point in time.

    Abstract: A method of controlling a moving robot includes a travel control operation in which the moving robot generates field data by sensing information regarding an environment around the moving robot, and controls autonomous traveling based on a recognition result that is obtained by inputting the field data to a recognition algorithm for the moving robot; a server learning operation in which the moving robot transmits at least some of the field data to a server or other device and the server generates update information based on the field data transmitted by the moving robot; and an update operation in which the server transmits the update information to the moving robot, which uses the update information to update the recognition algorithm.
