    Abstract: A vascular prosthesis (e.g., stent), and packaging and delivery system to selectively deliver a vascular prosthesis are described. In some embodiments, the vascular prosthesis utilizes a low porosity and high porosity section, and the packaging and delivery system allows the prosthesis to be delivered such that the position of the low porosity and high porosity sections of the prosthesis can vary.

    Abstract: Devices and methods for treatment of a patient’s vasculature are described. Embodiments may include a permeable implant having a radially constrained state configured for delivery within a catheter lumen, an expanded state, and a plurality of elongate filaments that are woven together. The implant may include a cavity in a proximal section that may optionally house embolic material, such as coils. Alternatively, the implant may have an expanded preset shape that is different than an expanded preset shape that is assumed after deployment in an aneurysm. The expanded preset shape may be frustoconical. Alternatively, the implant may include an outer skirt coupled to a proximal section of the permeable implant.

    Abstract: A distal aspiration catheter comprises a catheter body having a central lumen, at least one distal opening and a distal tip positioned distally to the at least one distal opening. An aspiration source is configured to attach to a proximal end/luer hub of the central lumen. When the aspiration source is activated, a clot/emboli lodged in a blood vessel is partially ingested into the at least one distal opening of the catheter body by the application of a static aspiration force. The aspiration source may activate a cyclic aspiration force with a forward pressure flow to induce clot fatigue into the partially ingested clot. The fatigued clot can be collected inside the distal tip of the catheter and be removed completely by a single pass of the distal aspiration catheter.
