    摘要: An apparatus and method for editing an optimized color preference are provided. The apparatus includes a color information controlling unit which extracts data about a preference by comparing color information of a transformed image generated by transforming color information of an original image and the original image according to a user preference; a learning unit which teaches a neural network about the preference, based on the extracted data, and predicts color information variation by the neural network; and an image correcting unit which corrects color information of an input image according to the predicted color information variation. The method includes extracting data about a preference; teaching a neural network about the preference, based on the extracted data; predicting color information variation by the neural network; and correcting color information of an input image according to the predicted color information variation.

    摘要: An apparatus and method are provided for converting a preference color, in which the color space of a preference color selected by a user is divided into a plurality of sub-regions according to color distribution characteristics, and the colors of the respective regions of an input image corresponding to the user's preference color are converted into colors of proper sub-regions among the plurality of sub-regions. The apparatus for converting a preference color includes an image extraction unit which extracts at least one image region that includes a preference color from an input image, an image analysis unit which analyzes color distribution characteristics of the image region, a color-space extraction unit which extracts a divided space corresponding to the color distribution characteristics from divided spaces included in a color space of the preference color, and a color conversion unit which converts a color of the image region by using a color conversion model corresponding to the extracted divided space.

    摘要: A color data conversion apparatus and method. The color data conversion apparatus includes a K ratio calculator for outputting a K ratio that is calculated using entered color data; a K ratio adjuster for adjusting the calculated K ratio, which is output from the K ratio calculator, in reference to gamut boundary descriptors (GBDs) corresponding to a K ratio and outputting the adjusted K ratio as a final K ratio; and a CMY ratio calculator for calculating C, M, and Y ratios based on the final K ratio. When converting the entered color data to the CMYK data, the calculated K ratio can be adjusted to the K ratio printable by use of the K GBDs. Accordingly, the printing apparatus can substantially print according to the calculated K ratio and thus the degradation of the printing quality can be avoided.

    摘要: A color data conversion apparatus and method. The color data conversion apparatus includes a K ratio calculator for outputting a K ratio that is calculated using entered color data; a K ratio adjuster for adjusting the calculated K ratio, which is output from the K ratio calculator, in reference to gamut boundary descriptors (GBDs) corresponding to a K ratio and outputting the adjusted K ratio as a final K ratio; and a CMY ratio calculator for calculating C, M, and Y ratios based on the final K ratio. When converting the entered color data to the CMYK data, the calculated K ratio can be adjusted to the K ratio printable by use of the K GBDs. Accordingly, the printing apparatus can substantially print according to the calculated K ratio and thus the degradation of the printing quality can be avoided.
