Abstract: With respect to this electrode, the coverage of the surface of a coated active material by a conductive material is from 10% to 60%; the mixture resistance of a electrode mixture material is 20 Ωcm or less in cases where the electrode mixture material is divided into three equal parts in the thickness direction, namely into a first region, a second region and a third region from a core material side, the content (a) of a PTFE powder in the first region, the content (b) of the PTFE powder in the second region and the content (c) of the PTFE powder in the third region satisfy −10%≤(c−a)/(a+b+c)≤10%.
