摘要： A material handling apparatus connected to a prime mover having first and second jaws, the first jaw connected and configured to approximate a grading blade for a bulldozer, and the second jaw connected to the first jaw in one of two orientations, 180 degrees apart and about vertical axis. The jaws also have open and closed positions, defining four extreme positions. The combined first and second jaws define either a bucket, or when the second jaw is extended away from the grader blade a clam shell type bucket, or a pincer type grappler.
