摘要： An adjustable shower head holder with a self-locking structure includes a holder body, a lifting rod, a locking assembly, and an operating member. The holder body is movably connected to the lifting rod through the locking component. The operating member is movably fitted to the locking assembly for switching a locked state and an unlocked state of the locking assembly.
