A portion of the planarization layer may be located between a first edge of the planarization layer and a second edge of the planarization and may be located in the groove. The first edge of the planarization layer may be located closer to the display element than the second edge of the planarization layer. The cover layer may at least partially cover the first edge of the planarization layer.
