    Abstract: A transducer assembly includes an engagement plate, a mounting plate, a support structure, and first and second Hall effect sensor assemblies. The mounting plate defines an S-shaped cutout extending through the mounting plate to define first and second finger regions and a perimeter region. The first finger region includes a first distal end spaced from the perimeter region by a first gap defined by the S-shaped cutout. The second finger region includes a second distal end spaced from the perimeter region by a second gap defined by the S-shaped cutout. The support structure includes a base and first and second tabs. The base is sandwiched between the engagement plate and the mounting plate. The first and second tabs extend from the base and into the first and second gaps, respectively. The first and second Hall effect sensor assemblies are configured to detect movement of the first and second tabs, respectively.

    Abstract: A method for monitoring operation of an archery bow includes attaching an apparatus to a bow cord. The apparatus includes a processor, a monitoring device electrically coupled with the processor, a wireless communication module electrically coupled with the processor, and a power supply electrically coupled with each of the processor and the wireless communication module. The method further includes detecting, by the monitoring device, a tension of the bow cord. The method also includes generating, by the processor and based upon the detected tension of the bow cord, data concerning tension of the bow cord. The method further includes wirelessly transmitting, by the wireless communication module, the data to a remote computing device. The method also includes receiving, by the remote computing device, the data. The method also includes presenting, by the remote computing device and based upon the data, information to a user reflecting the detected tension.

    Abstract: A transducer assembly includes a mounting base, a collar, a magnet, and a Hall effect sensor. The collar defines a bore and extends from a proximal end to a distal end. The proximal end is fixedly coupled with the mounting base. One of the magnet and the Hall effect sensor is disposed within the bore and fixedly coupled to the mounting base. The other of the magnet and the Hall effect sensor is fixedly coupled to the distal end of the collar. The Hall effect sensor is spaced longitudinally from the magnet and is configured to detect lateral deflection of the distal end of the collar. Methods are also provided.
