Abstract: A display device includes a display area and a non-display area; and a pad portion disposed in the non-display area, wherein the pad portion includes a first conductive layer; a second conductive layer that partially overlaps the first conductive layer in a direction perpendicular to a surface of the substrate; a first insulation film disposed between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer; a second insulation film that is disposed on the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer and includes an opening overlapping the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer; and a third conductive layer disposed on the second insulation film.
