Abstract: A liquid crystal lens panel includes a first substrate including a first base substrate and a first electrode layer disposed on the first base substrate; a second substrate including a second base substrate facing the first base substrate and a second electrode layer disposed on a surface of the second base substrate, the second substrate facing the first base substrate; and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The liquid crystal layer has a refractive index of about 0.2 to about 0.29 and a dielectric constant of about 5.5 F/m to about 10 F/m.
