    Abstract: Provided is a light emitting element including a first electrode, a second electrode disposed on the first electrode, and at least one functional layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The at least one functional layer may include a nitrogen-containing compound represented by Formula 1 below, and the nitrogen-containing compound may improve efficiency and a service life of the light emitting element. Therefore, the light emitting element including the nitrogen-containing compound may exhibit excellent efficiency and long service life characteristics.
