摘要: To prevent erroneous recognitions of line failures by a network apparatus, an alarm notifying controller region is provided independent from an actual data region in a connection between a line interface of the network apparatus and a terminal interface unit (line set). When a line is set within the network apparatus, an alarm notification path from the line interface to the line set is simultaneously set. When a line failure is detected by the line interface, information is notified the alarm notification path to all of the line sets connected to this line interface. In the line sets, a signal state of an interface is changed with respect to each sort of terminal interfaces, so that the line failure is notified to the terminal.

摘要: A spool type valve for minimizing degradation in sealing ability is provided. The spool type valve comprises a spool 30 having land portions 36A-36E. The spool is inserted into a sleeve 20 for slidable movement along the axis thereof so as to define a plurality of fluid passages 23, 24 in the sleeve. The spool controllably opens and closes ports 21A-21E of the sleeve. Each land portion includes a slider member 38 and an O-ring 37. The slider member is divided into plural elements and is in slidable engagement with the inner wall 22 of the sleeve. The O-ring is adapted to resiliently urge the slider member against the inner wall of the sleeve. The slider member includes an annular groove 39B into which the O-ring 37 is fitted.

摘要: A self-leveling damper for motorcycles including a cylinder filled with hydraulic oil. A piston is slidably fitted in the cylinder. A hollowed piston rod is fitted at the lower end in the piston and projected at the upper end from the cylinder. The piston rod has a first oil path communicatable with the inside of the cylinder. A hollowed inner rod planted is fixed at the lower end on the bottom part of the cylinder and extends at the upper end in the first oil path of the piston rod. The inner rod has a second oil path communicatable with the inside of the cylinder. An upper bracket is secured to the upper end of the piston rod. A first spring seat is slidable relative to at least either the upper bracket or the cylinder. A second spring seat is secured to the other of them. A coil spring is stretched between the first and second spring seats. A hydraulic chamber is partially defined by the first spring seat. A third oil path connects the hydraulic chamber to the first and second oil paths; and a restricting mechanism restricting the return of hydraulic oil from the hydraulic chamber, the restricting mechanism being provided in the third oil path.In the damper, the first spring seat and that one of the upper bracket and the cylinder to which the first spring seat is slidable are either made of iron at least about a sliding surface thereof and the other made of aluminum alloy.

摘要: An LED lighting apparatus can be configured to supply a number of LEDs connected in series with a requisite voltage and power even if an amount of forward voltage of the LEDs connected in series is larger than a supply voltage of a battery. The LED lighting apparatus can include a boosting circuit and an inverted boosting circuit. LEDs can be connected between outputs of the boosting circuit and the inverted boosting circuit. The LED lighting apparatus can also include a current detection circuit configured to detect an LED current, and can include a dual PWM control IC configured to control the boosting circuit and the inverted boosting circuit in accordance with the LED current detected by the current detection circuit so as to keep the LED current substantially constant. The LED lighting apparatus can include a shutdown circuit to stop supplying a power supply when a load that includes the LEDs is in a circuit that is either opened or shorted.

摘要: In a dampening water measuring apparatus, light emitted from a semiconductor laser has its beam expanded by an objective lens, and is then reflected by a beam splitter to irradiate a non-image area on a surface of a printing plate P. The laser beam reflected from the non-image area on the surface of the printing plate passes through the beam splitter, and enters a CCD camera. The CCD camera measures speckle intensity of the incident laser diffused light, and transmits measurements to a controller through an interface.
