    摘要: A planetary gear system (1) includes: a sun gear (5) having external teeth; a ring gear (9) having internal teeth; at least one planet gear (7) having external teeth meshed with the external teeth of the sun gear and the internal teeth of the ring gear. The planet gear (7) has, at its outer circumferential face, the external teeth which are formed of a pair of sets of teeth aligned in an axial direction and an annular groove (17) which is formed between the pair of sets of teeth. The planetary gear system (1) further includes: a fixed support shaft (23) provided for each of the at least one planet gear (7) and configured to rotatably support the planet gear (7) via a bearing, the bearing including a pair of rolling element rows (72) aligned in the axial direction; an oil supply path (LP) through which lubricating oil is supplied, at an inner side of the planet gear (7), to the pair of rolling element rows (72); and an oil discharge path (oil outlet 91) which extends through the planet gear (7) and through which the lubricating oil is discharged to the annular groove (17) from space between the pair of rolling element rows (72) which are provided at the inner side of the planet gear (7).

The gear train lubricating device includes: a shroud covering, among components constituting the gear, at least teeth of the gear; and a lubricating oil supply port through which the lubricating oil OL is supplied to a meshing position of the gear. The shroud has an outlet port formed therein, through which the supplied lubricating oil OL is discharged. The outlet port is formed in a portion of the shroud that is positioned radially outward from the gear, such that the outlet port is disposed at an angular position that is 90°±15° forward from the meshing position in a rotation direction R1 of the gear.

    摘要: A constant speed drive apparatus for an aircraft generator comprises an input shaft for receiving drive torque from an aircraft engine, a traction speed change mechanism of continuously-variable speed change ratio which is coupled to the input shaft, an output shaft for supplying the aircraft generator with drive torque which is changed in speed by the traction speed change mechanism, and a control computer for controlling the speed change ratio of the traction speed change mechanism to maintain the output shaft at a predetermined rotational frequency. With such constitution it is possible to achieve a small and lightweight constant speed drive apparatus having a high transmission efficiency.

    摘要: Each engine is directly coupled to an engine deceleration device composed of a traction speed change mechanisms and a planetary speed change mechanism, and is decelerated at a desired speed change ratio, and rotate and drive a collector gear and a main rotor shaft. The collector gear rotates and drives accessories and a tail rotor through a second traction speed change mechanism changing speed in inverse number of the speed change ratio of the traction speed change mechanisms. Thus, the rotating speed of the engines can be continuously decelerated at an arbitrary speed change ratio, and an engine deceleration device of small size, light weight, and low loss is realized. At the same time, a power transmission device for helicopters capable of changing the rotating speed of the main rotor at a constant engine rotating speed is realized.
