Abstract:
The invention relates to a connector for joining two conductors, including a first semi-housing and a second semi-housing that can be moved from a position in which said second semi-housing is in a pre-locked state with the first semi-housing into a final locked position. The inventive connector also comprises an electrically conducting clamp which contacts and interconnects the two conductors in the final locked position.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a plug-in connector for connecting two flat strip conductors, including at least one spring element which provides the required normal contact power for the connection of the two flat strip conductors. The spring element contacts the two flat strip connectors and produces the electric contact between the two flat strip connectors.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a connector arrangement, between a flexible ribbon cable (1) and a component (5) of an electrical circuit, whereby the flexible ribbon cable (1) has a stripped conductor region on one side of the end for connection, comprising a housing (2) in which the flexible ribbon cable end is clamped and in which an elastic element (3) subjects the stripped end to pressure. The component (5) comprises a socket (4) for the housing (2), in which the housing (2) may be clipped and with contact strips (6) arranged therein against which the stripped regions of the flexible ribbon cable (1) are pressed, when the housing (2) is in the terminal position thereof within the socket (4).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for electrically connecting a conductor to a contact, according to which the electrical conductor that is coated with an insulation is first inserted between two legs of the contact, whereupon a welding device is placed against both legs and the welding process is carried out by turning on the welding current. The insulation of the electrical conductor is destroyed due to the heat delivered during the welding process, resulting in a permanent mechanical and electrical connection between the conductor and the contact.
