    摘要： A lighting device which supplies power to an electrode of a discharge lamp to turn on the discharge lamp, includes: a converting circuit which converts inputted direct current into alternating current; a pulse generating circuit which produces a high-voltage pulse from the alternating current received from the converting circuit and applies the high-voltage pulse to the electrode; and a trigger circuit which is disposed between the converting circuit and causes the pulse generating circuit to apply the high-voltage pulse to the electrode, wherein the trigger circuit allows the pulse generating circuit to apply the high-voltage pulse to the electrode in accordance with a drive frequency of the converting circuit.

    摘要： A method of indicating an open/close state of a check valve of an injection molding machine simply and more accurately. The method detects screw rotational force during injection and displays in wave form on the screen of a display device changes in detected rotational force. An open/close state of the check valve can be indicated based on the waveform pattern displayed on the display screen because the screw rotational force waveform pattern changes when the check valve closes. From the fact that the screw rotational force waveform pattern changes when the check valve closes, the open/close state of the check valve can be indicated from the displayed waveform.

    摘要： A pedal bracket structure wherein a pedal lever is rotatably supported in the vicinity of the rear end portion of a pedal bracket fixed to a toe board at the front end portion thereof, a rigidity supplementing portion is formed in the vicinity of the aforesaid front end portion and a brittle portion is formed at the rear end portion of the rigidity supplementing portion. Only with a simple structural modification in which the rigidity supplementing portion is provided contiguously with the brittle portion formed to promote the absorption of impact by deformation between a mounting portion to the toe board and the brittle portion. While the pedal bracket is made to deform longitudinally easily through the formation of the brittle portion, the pedal bracket provides such a superior rigid feeling that the driver feels no uncertainty in operating the pedal.
