    摘要: An optical element includes glass substrates adhered to surfaces of a birefringent material film through an adhesive. The optical element has a coating for moisture-proof. The moisture-proof treatment is performed by applying a mixed solution of a soluble fluorine resin and an ethylenic compound to end surfaces of the glass substrates and the birefringent material film. Otherwise, the optical element is dipped in a solution prepared by mixing a soluble fluorine resin and an ethylenic compound in a predetermined mixing ratio, so as to moisture-proof the end surfaces of the glass substrates and the birefringent material film. The birefringent material film is a phase difference film. The soluble fluorine resin is an amorphous fluorine resin. The ethylenic compound is PTFE.

    摘要: An optical element includes glass substrates adhered to surfaces of a birefringent material film through an adhesive. The optical element has a coating for moisture-proof.     摘要: Provided is a manufacturing method of a layered ceramic electronic component capable of preventing appearance of a gap between a dielectric layer and a via electrode to achieve reliable conduction between the via electrode and an internal electrode and at the same time, capable of effectively preventing occurrence of structural defects in the dielectric layer and the like.In a layered (multilayer) ceramic capacitor, dielectric layers and internal electrodes are stacked alternately. Of the internal electrodes, those placed opposite to each other via the dielectric layer are connected through the via electrode. The layered (multilayer) ceramic capacitor is produced by forming a via hole in stacked layers of a ceramic green sheet for forming the dielectric layer and a conductive paste for forming the internal electrode, followed by firing to obtain stacked layers having the dielectric layers and the internal electrodes formed therein. A conductive paste for forming the via electrode is filled in the via hole of the stacked layers and then baked to form the via electrode.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a ceramic board comprises the steps of forming a green ceramic board 11 by laminating at least a plurality of green sheets, forming a unit 8 comprising the green ceramic board 11 and a fired porous ceramic body 5, in which both main surfaces 11a and 11b of the green ceramic board are directly sandwiched between fired porous ceramic bodies 5a and 5b, and firing said unit 8. Many through-holes penetrating the front and back surfaces are formed in said fired porous ceramic bodies 5a and 5b. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a method of manufacturing a ceramic board, being flat and having no firing, stain, easily and efficiently.

    摘要: A radar device is realized in which an object and extraneous waves such as radar interference or white noise are distinguished and displayed in different display forms. Subtraction Flag Generator 6 determines the time-wise continuity and the planar consecutiveness of target echo data. The time-wise continuity is an amount that indicates the extent to which significant echo data continued to be present at the same position, and is obtained from the echo data of a past predetermined number of sweep rotations. Planar consecutiveness indicates the extent to which significant echo data is present around target echo data, and is obtained by acquiring in a planar fashion echo data for each of predetermined amounts in a distance direction and a heading direction, centered around the target echo data. When Subtraction Flag Generator 6 detects that there is either of time-wise continuity and planar consecutiveness, Subtraction Flag Generator 6 attaches a subtraction flag “1”. Subtraction Processor 9 sets a low attenuation amount for the data level when the subtraction flag is “1”, and sets a fast attenuation amount when the subtraction flag is “0”.
