摘要： Array substrate, an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display panel and a display device are provided with a flexible substrate, an water- and oxygen-resistant layer, a signal line layer and a flattening layer that are laminated in a bending region of the array substrate, signal transmission lines formed by patterning the signal line layer are formed on the water- and oxygen-resistant layer. By manufacturing the signal line layer of the bending region on the water- and oxygen-resistant layer and filling with the flattening layer, the problem of electrical performance of signal lines, caused by water and oxygen permeating the signal line layer through organic photoresist, is alleviated.
