Abstract: A winding device for a cordless roller blind includes a mounting seat, a winding unit and a connecting mechanism. The mounting seat is mountable on a supporting structure. The connecting mechanism is for connecting removably the winding unit to the mounting seat in such a manner that the winding unit is upright when connected to the mounting seat. The connecting mechanism includes a first connecting set that is disposed on one of a casing of the winding unit and the mounting seat, and at least two second connecting sets that are disposed on the other of the casing and the mounting seat.
