Abstract: Provided are a phenanthroline-based compound, a method of preparing the same, and a perovskite solar cell including the same. The phenanthroline-based compound may be formed as a uniform layer even by a solution process due to its low average surface roughness (root mean square, RMS) and excellent processability. When a layer having the phenanthroline-based compound is provided as a polymer functional layer of the perovskite solar cell, the ionic defects on the surface between the perovskite and a metal oxide, may be passivated and charge transfer may be facilitated so that the energy efficiency and photostability of the solar cell are improved.

Abstract: Provided is an electrolyte including a bromine complexing agent and a metal ion additive. The electrolyte is prepared by inputting zinc bromide (ZnBr2) salt, a bromine complexing agent, and a metal ion additive containing Mn to DI water. The bromine complexing agent prevents a crossover phenomenon by capturing bromine to alleviate self-discharge at a positive electrode, and the metal ion additive inhibits the formation of zinc dendrites on a negative electrode through an electrostatic shielding effect. Accordingly, battery performance may be improved by a synergistic effect generated in a positive electrode and a negative electrode by the bromine complexing agent and the metal ion additive.

Abstract: Disclosed is a genome reconstruction method using whole genome data. According to the present invention, the genome reconstruction method reduces detection errors by converting a nucleotide sequence having a structural variation into a graph form, and then reconstructing the graph so that the structural variation and the copy number variation have consistent values. Thereafter, the genome arrangement form was restored by constructing a haplotype graph using heterozygous single nucleotide polymorphism information and then finding an Eulerian path with a minimum entropy value.
