摘要： The invention provides an indoor livestock confinement system that includes a plurality of hollow plastic panels. Each panel includes a plurality of spaced tabs at its ends. A first end of each panel includes a first set of tabs, and a second end of each panel includes a second set of tabs. Each set of tabs includes at least one tab at a top portion of the end, at least one tab at an intermediate portion of the end, and at least one tab at a lower portion of the end. The tabs of the first set are offset vertically from the tabs of the second set such that the first set of tabs of a first panel fit vertically between the second tabs of another panel when the ends of the panels are put together. Each tab includes a hole such that a rod can be inserted down through the tabs to lock the panels together. The livestock confinement system may include additional features, such as ventilation components, reinforced panels, and bucket holders.

摘要： The Bale-Buddy is an animal feeder with removable adjustable legs, a movable hinged floor powered by suspension or compression springs, weights, elastic bands or other power source variations thereof, a rearward and upward slanted grill and a trough that catches small bits preventing loss of feed on the ground and constructed in various lengths to accommodate group or solo feeding. The powered hinged floor can be fixed in its lowered position for bulk filling the feeder from the rear as well as from the top. When released from its lowered filling position the powered hinged floor raises feed upward and forward to the back slanted grill as feed at the grill is consumed. By raising the feed upward and forward, every bit is reachable by the animal(s) leaving no amount of feed to decay. The feeder can be constructed in various lengths thereby accommodating the simultaneous feeding of multiple animals. To accommodate a different type of animal like sheep, llamas, deer, alpacas, horses, etc. one merely changes the grill to one with different spacing between the vertical grill bars. The elevation of the feeder is changed by setting it on the ground or by adjustable legs thereby accommodating the various sizes of animals. The Bale-Buddy is an improved feeder that saves money, feed and labor.

The animal is able to pull feed through the vertically disposed grille on the front face. With the feeder on the outside of the enclosure, it is easily accessible for cleaning, filling with feed, or relocation while providing safe access on the outside of the enclosure. The feeder also allows a horse to eat at a natural gazing position by having a lower portion of the grille located near the ground. By providing feed at a natural grazing position, the feeder prevents gorging, boredom and waste while allowing the horse to feed with its head lower than its heart.

This feeder has a grille on a front face and hangs on an outside of an enclosure with the front face resting on horizontal bars of the enclosure. The animal is able to pull feed through the vertically disposed grille on the front face. With the feeder on the outside of the enclosure, it is easily accessible for cleaning, filling with feed, or relocation while providing safe access on the outside of the enclosure. The feeder also provides easy removal and convenient access by using two sets of easily removable fastening mechanisms. The first set is located on an upper portion of the front of the feeder and is preferably adjustable rounded fasteners, each held together by a removable pin. This allows the upper portion of the feeder to be securely attached to the enclosure while providing simple removal since each fastener is held together by a single removable pin. Furthermore, since the upper fasteners are adjustable, they can be adjusted to fit varying sizes of enclosures. The second set of fasteners is preferably metal hooks for easy removal. By having a configuration of rounded fasteners on the upper portion with hooks located below, the feeder is easily removed by simply taking out the pins of the rounded fasteners and lifting the feeder off of the bars of the enclosure. The feeder also allows a horse to eat at a natural grazing position by having a lower portion of the grille located near the ground.. By providing feed at a natural grazing position, the feeder prevents gorging, boredom and waste while allowing the horse to feed with its head lower than its heart.
