    摘要: An injection valve for injecting fluid has a housing with an injection valve cavity. The injection valve has a needle being axially moveable within the cavity. The needle has a needle body with a valve needle cavity and a separation element being fixedly arranged within the needle cavity and being adopted to divide the valve needle cavity into a first and second fluid volume. The separation element has at least one fluid passage with a predetermined passage opening to hydraulically connect the first fluid volume with the second fluid volume. The valve needle has a sealing element being arranged to predetermine the first fluid volume and preventing a fluid injection in a closing position and permitting the fluid injection in further positions. In addition, the valve needle has at least one spring element being preloaded and acting on the sealing element towards a maximum axial expansion of the valve needle.

    摘要: A fuel injector body has a fuel chamber and a valve seat around a fuel outlet. A valve body is positioned at the valve seat and a valve stem extends through the fuel outlet and fuel chamber. Engagement (disengagement) of valve body and valve seat closes (opens) the injector. The fuel chamber can comprise primary and secondary chambers connected by a valve passage and a metering member that restricts fuel flow between the chambers, thereby providing a flow-dependent closing force that reduces the dependence of fuel flow through the injector on fuel inlet pressure and that makes that flow dependent on an injector actuating force. The injector body or the valve body can comprise a spray-shaping surface arranged at least partly around the valve seat, which spray-shaping surface is arranged to direct a spray of fuel flowing through the fuel outlet.

    摘要: A discharge valve (30) is provided in a high-pressure fuel passage (31) to allow fuel to pass through the discharge valve (30) only in a direction from a high-pressure fuel pump (20) toward a delivery pipe (50). A communication passage (41) with an orifice (42) is formed integrally with the discharge valve (30) in parallel with the discharge valve (30) to connect areas upstream and downstream of the discharge valve (30). When a fuel pressure in the delivery pipe (50) is increased to a target pressure using the high-pressure fuel pump (20), an amount of the fuel, which does not interfere with an increase in the fuel pressure, flows through the orifice (42). A check valve (40) is provided in the communication passage (41), and opened to allow the fuel to pass through the check valve (40) only in the direction from the delivery pipe (50) toward the high-pressure fuel pump (20), when the fuel pressure is higher than a first predetermined pressure.

    摘要: A leak-free injector is proposed, the closing force of which is increased by a closing piston. An injector has a nozzle needle and a control valve, the nozzle needle being guided in an injector housing and cooperating with a nozzle needle seat of the injector housing. A high-pressure chamber is present between the control valve and the nozzle needle seat, and the closing piston is provided on the nozzle needle. The closing piston subdivides the high-pressure chamber into a first region and a second region. The two regions of the high-pressure chamber communicate hydraulically via a closing throttle restriction.

    摘要: A plunger type high-pressure fuel pump includes a plunger reciprocated in a cylinder. A fluid pressurizing chamber of the pump has a chamber with a capacity that changes with reciprocation of the plunger. An electromagnetic valve is provided between the pressurizing chamber and a fluid suction passage; as well as a discharge valve. The electromagnetic valve includes a valve member including a suction valve; a solenoid coil adapted to displace the valve member; an anchor made of a magnetic material provided integrally with the valve member; and a core forming a magnetic circuit to attract the anchor by the electromagnetic force and dividing the inside of the electromagnetic valve into a hermetically closed space and an external space communicating with the fluid suction passage. The anchor or the core is provided with a fluid passage through which fluid can flow between the hermetically closed space and the external space formed by the anchor and the core, respectively when the suction valve is in an opened state.
