Abstract:
A timepiece having a mainspring, an output wheel that is rotated by torque output from the mainspring, a lever that pivots synchronously to the output wheel, and a pressure member that pushes the lever. The pressure member pushed the lever so that the output torque of the output wheel increases as the mainspring unwinds.
Abstract:
A timepiece, whose hands move by mechanical energy of a mainspring transmitted through a wheel train, includes a winding-up portion for accumulating energy in the mainspring, an addition and subtraction wheel train driven by addition and subtraction of accumulated energy corresponding to an amount by which the mainspring is wound up and unwound, respectively, an addition and subtraction wheel, disposed in the addition and subtraction wheel train, that rotates in correspondence with an amount by which the mainspring is wound up and unwound, and a lock mechanism actuated in response to the rotation of the addition and subtraction wheel to limit winding up and unwinding of the mainspring to a selected range of windings of the mainspring. This controls the torque output by the mainspring to a fixed range. The addition and subtraction wheel train allows efficient use of space, and can be incorporated in a watch.

Abstract:
Timepiece movement comprising a mechanism and a spring barrel provided in order to drive the mechanism. The spring barrel comprises a drum and a motor spring in order to exert a driving torque which is variable as a function of the degree of winding-up of the motor spring. The timepiece movement comprises furthermore an equalisation device which is connected kinematically to the spring barrel in order to be able to be driven by it and to be able to exert an auxiliary torque which varies as a function of the degree of winding-up of the motor spring so as to counter variations in the motor torque. The equalisation device comprises a first magnetic element and a second magnetic element which are provided such that, when the equalisation device is driven by the spring barrel, they are displaced one relative to the other by exerting one on the other a magnetic force which varies as a function of the relative position occupied by the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element and which produces the auxiliary torque.
Abstract:
According to a movement of the present disclosure, the prevention of the transmission of torque to a governor when excessive torque is generated and the prevention of the wasteful consumption of energy when the excessive torque is not generated are achieved. The movement includes a main spring which generates torque, a balance wheel, a gear train mechanism for transmitting the torque generated by the main spring to the balance wheel, and a spring seat for moving a second wheel, for example, of the gear train mechanism in a direction to reduce the transmission efficiency of the torque between the wheels of the gear train mechanism when the torque generated by the main spring is higher than a predetermined torque (Tmax).
Abstract:
The present invention concerns a mechanical oscillator, comprising an oscillating system comprising a balance (1) and its return spring (3). This oscillator also comprises two elastic strips (9, 10) fixed by one end and acting in opposition intermittently by their other end on a connecting organ (8) secured to the oscillating system.
