    摘要: A superheated steam boiler includes an inner tank system including a wet tank and a dry tank separated by an isolation member, an outer sleeve surrounding the inner tank system, wherein wet tank fluid openings allow the wet tank to be in communication with the outer sleeve, and dry tank steam openings in the dry tank allow the dry tank to be in communication with the outer sleeve, and a burner system within the inner tank system. The burner system includes a combustion/expansion chamber having spherical surfaces located in and fluidly isolated from the wet tank, a distribution chamber located in and fluidly isolated from the dry tank, heat tubes extending through the isolation member between the combustion/expansion chamber and the distribution chamber; and an exhaust tube extending from the distribution chamber and out of the inner tank system to exit the boiler.

The device (1) comprises a first plate (2) being inclined at a positive first angle (A0) compared to the horizontal direction (H) to define a first upper end (2a) and a first lower end (2b), a heating element (3) to heat the first plate (2) to a predetermined temperature being at least above water evaporation temperature, a water inlet arrangement (4) for dispensing water onto the first plate (2), a second plate (5) being inclined at a negative second angle (B0) compared to the horizontal direction (H) to define a second upper end (5a) and a second lower end (5b), the second upper end (5a) adjoining the first lower end (2b), and a container (6) extending at least below said first lower end (2b), said container (6) being arranged for collecting scale flakes falling from the first plate (2). This solution allows creating a larger volume for the collection of scale, thus increasing the operating life of the device (1).

    摘要: A system for cogenerating gas-steam based on gasification and methanation of biomass, the system including a gasification unit, a shift unit, a purification unit, a methanation unit, and a methane concentration unit. A waste heat boiler is provided in an upper part of a gasifier of the gasification unit. The methanation unit includes a first primary methanation reactor, a second primary methanation reactor, a first secondary methanation reactor, and a second secondary methanation reactor connected in series. An outlet of the second primary methanation reactor is provided with two bypasses, one of which is connected to an inlet of the first primary methanation reactor, the other of which is connected to the first secondary methanation reactor. The second secondary methanation reactor is connected to the methane concentration unit.
