A shutter charging device charges a focal plane shutter device comprising an opening and a first curtain blade and second curtain blade that can block off the opening. The shutter charging device comprises a charging member that drives the first curtain blade and the second curtain blade in a predetermined sequence, a gear component that includes a drive gear for driving the charging member one sequence by each rotation and transmits the rotation of a DC motor to the charging member, and a lock lever that stops the drive gear. The lock lever operates so as to stop the drive gear at a predetermined timing within one sequence.

    摘要: Photographic apparatus for controlling the opening and closing of a photographic shutter. In a preferred embodiment, the apparatus includes a linear motor having a first output for incrementally driving the blades of the shutter from a closed orientation to an open orientation. The linear motor includes a second output which rapidly returns the blades to the closed orientation to terminate the exposure interval. In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the coil of the linear motor is energized in manner so as to create a magnetic field which is in opposition to a magnetic field which exists between two permanent magnets mounted within the linear motor to drive the shutter blades into an open orientation. One of the magnets is fixedly secured in place while the other magnet is the armature of the linear motor and accordingly is connected to the shutter blades. The magnetic poles of the magnets are orientated such that common poles of said magnets face each other thereby providing a force for moving the armature away from the fixed magnet to drive the shutter blades into a closed orientation.

    摘要: An electrical focal plane shutter is provided of a type in which subsequent to a running of a first blind of the shutter, a second blind of the shutter is constrained from movement by an electromagnet until a desired exposure period passes, whereupon the electromagnet is deenergized to permit a running of the second blind. The electromagnet is controlled by an electromagnet control device including a light receiving element which is used for photometry. The shutter includes a shutter detent mechanism for preventing a shutter release operation when an electric storage battery contained in an associated camera is exhausted. The shutter further includes a high speed shutter operation control mechanism which assures against the instability of the operation of the electromagnet when the shutter is operating at a high speed, and also includes a manual shutter control mechanism for establishing a shutter operation period of a given length in a purely mechanical manner.

The blade drive device includes a substrate that has an opening, a front curtain and a rear curtain that are movable along an opening surface of the opening so as to open and close the opening, a front curtain locking portion that interlocks with opening and closing operations of the front curtain, a rear curtain locking portion that interlocks with opening and closing operations of the rear curtain, a regulation lever that is configured to be pivotally movable around a lever axis, that enters an operation trajectory of the front curtain locking portion and the rear curtain locking portion, and that is capable of entry and escape between an entry position for regulating the movement of the front curtain and the rear curtain in a closing direction and an escape position escaped from the operation trajectory, a regulation electromagnetic actuator that is configured to be rotatable around a regulation axis, and a linkage lever that causes the regulation lever to pivot around the lever axis in response to the rotation around the regulation axis of the regulation electromagnetic actuator. The regulation lever and the linkage lever engage with each other while being provided with play in a circumferential direction around the regulation axis.
