    摘要: A multi-shaft bending machine for bending two rectangular duct bodies, such as trunk lead hanger arms for a vehicle at the same time. Barrier pieces are installed in a mandrel including three rollers and a rectangular duct body support that forms a bending machine so that two rectangular duct bodies are not mutually influenced when a bending work is performed on the two rectangular duct bodies. A rotation plate is rotated by a plurality of shafts connected to a driving motor through clutch gears. Accordingly, a difference between strain rates on the outer and inner sides of a bending part can be reduced, lubricating oil injected into the oil grooves of the rollers performs a lubrication action, and the structure of a bending machine can become simple because the rotation plate is rotated by the plurality of shafts connected to the driving motor through the clutch gears.

A lower bending roll of a rearmost bending roll unit disposed on a rearmost part of the process line may be configured to be rotatable with reference to an upper bending roll of the rearmost bending roll unit so as to change a curvature radius of some portion of the shaped beam.

    摘要: The present invention provides means for automatically adjusting rollforming equipment to accommodate a range of different gauges of material such as sheet metal being formed. One rollforming roller (34) on each rollforming head (4A) is mounted on an eccentric so that a force supplied in the direction of material feed through the tooling rollers (33,34) will increase the tooling gap therebetween. An automatic gauge adjustor includes applying a source of substantially constant pressure sufficient to achieve the rollforming action against rotation about the eccentric while allowing movement of the rollforming roller also about the eccentric so that the roll will move against the pressure being provided in the direction of the material feed to accommodate the gauge of material within the working range set. This allows the rollforming head (4A) to adjust the rolling gap between rollers to accommodate varying gauges automatically and with minimal or no lead in damage while the rolls adjust to the new gauge of material.

Either or both of the forming and shaping stations (1, 3) comprise independently supported side engaging roll combinations (7, 12) adapted, in use, to roll either or both of opposite sides of the strip. Adjacent transverse pairs of side engaging roll (7, 12) combinations are selectively movable relative to each other in a transverse direction perpendicular to a direction of travel of said strip through said mill. At least some of the side engaging roll combinations (7, 12) are driven. Drive rolls (6) spaced within the forming and shaping stations (1, 3) engage the strip between opposite edges thereof.

The machine is provided with rollers for straightening uneven sections of the saw blade (1). The straightening rollers are sets of balls (22, 22′, 23, 23′) which are pressed from both sides against the blade while a relative movement between the blade and the balls takes place. This movement may either be circular or along radial tracks of the blade. Alternatively, disc-shaped rollers are arranged with their axes perpendicular to a radius of the saw blade, and are running along radial tracks according to a relative movement between the saw blade and the rollers.
