Comprises a transformer or autotransformer including a magnetic core (3) and at least a primary winding (51) and at least a secondary winding (52) arranged around the magnetic core (3). The primary winding and/or the secondary winding have at least one full turn that includes at least one power switch (10) and at least one capacitor (12) connected in series and arranged respectively opposite each other and facing opposite sides of the magnetic core, defining a cell (4) that is divided in four segments, a first segment (23) including said at least one switch, a second opposite segment (24) including said at least one capacitor, and two other connecting segments (21, 22) providing electrical connection between the first segment and the second segment, and each of said two other connecting segments having opposite electrical polarity.

The cold plate includes a flow channel formed between the first side and the second side, and a cavity integrally machined into the first surface of the first side. The cavity seats an inductor and is defined by an outer wall and a base with thicker sections and thinner sections such that even the thicker sections of the base are thinner than a thickness of the first surface.

The bobbin is configured to receive the two E-core halves when body portions of the two E-core halves are positioned vertically. The bobbin includes a first outer flange, a second outer flange, and a passageway spanning therebetween. The bobbin further includes first, second, third, and fourth pin supports. The first and second pin supports are connected to an outer surface of the first end flange and are spaced apart by at least a width of the passageway. The third and fourth pin supports are connected to an outer surface of the second end flange and are spaced apart by at least the width of the passageway. The bobbin further includes slots for routing a winding to a pin and includes walls to ensure the winding is electrically separated from the E-core halves.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to systems and configurations for phase-shift autotransformers and multi-pulse rectifiers. A phase-shift autotransformer includes a wiring configuration for first, second and third magnetic cores, the wiring configuration including primary input and phase-shift windings. The primary input windings are configured to provide a first and second primary input inductances, and phase-shift windings of the wiring configuration are configured to provide multiple inductances for each phase-shift winding. A multi-pulse rectifier is provided including a phase-shifting autotransformer, a diode bridge rectifier configuration coupled to output of the autotransformer and a filtering capacitor coupled to the diode bridge rectifier. Other embodiments are directed to use of the multi-use rectifier system with vehicle charging station, such as an Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE).

    摘要: The present invention relates to a bracket device for bearing an inductor, an inductor device, and an uninterruptible power supply. The inductor comprises a toroidal magnetic core; and a coil comprising a plurality of wires wound around the toroidal magnetic core. The bracket device comprises: a bracket having a bearing portion adapted to bear the inductor; an insulating pad adapted to be sandwiched between the inductor and the bearing portion of the bracket, the insulating pad having an integrally formed positioning structure capable of being embedded between two adjacent wires of the coil and keeping the toroidal magnetic core fixed; and a fastener adapted to wrap around the toroidal magnetic core and press the toroidal magnetic core together with the insulating pad against the bracket. The bracket device of the present invention is capable of effectively fixing an inductor and allowing it to dissipate heat well.

The first switching section may include a first leg and a second leg, each having a center point. The resonant section may include a first connection and a second connection. The second switching section may include a first leg and a second leg, each having a center point. A first connection of the first side of the transformer may be connected in series with the second connection of the resonant section. The first connection of the resonant section and a second connection of the first side of the transformer may be connected to the center points of the first switching section, respectively. The second side of the transformer may be connected between the center points of the second switching section. Other examples may be described and claimed.
