    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of artificial intelligence technology, and to a method of estimating a pose of a device and a related device. The method of estimating a pose of a device includes identifying a similar key frame that is similar to a current frame collected by the device from a key frame set, based on a vector distance between the similar key frame and the current frame; obtaining data-related information between image frames based on a feature matching relationship between the current frame and the similar key frame; and obtaining the pose of the device based on the data-related information.

    Abstract: There is provided a beam expander including a first optical element, a second optical element, a composite waveguide including a plurality of waveguide elements, and a dichroic coating provided between the plurality of waveguide elements. The first optical element inputs a collimated incident beam from the outside into the composite waveguide, and the second optical element outputs , from the composite waveguide, collimated incident beam, input to the composite waveguide, wherein the collimated incident beam input into the composite waveguide is divided into multiple wavefronts by the dichroic coating, and the multiple wavefronts are mixed by total internal reflection in the composite waveguide. When the beam expander is used, coherency and collimation of an output beam may be maintained and speckles may be reduced or eliminated while improving the efficiency of an optical system.

    Abstract: Provided is a holographic display apparatus including a light source configured to emit light; a spatial light modulator configured to sequentially generate hologram patterns for modulating the light and to sequentially reproduce frames of hologram images based on the hologram patterns; and a controller configured to provide hologram data signals to the spatial light modulator, the hologram data signals being used to sequentially generate the hologram patterns. The controller is configured to further provide, to the spatial light modulator, diffraction pattern data signals for forming periodic diffraction patterns for adjusting locations of the hologram images to be reproduced on a hologram image plane, the diffraction pattern data signals being configured to move the periodic diffraction patterns on the spatial light modulator along a predetermined direction for each of the frames.

    Abstract: An augmented reality (AR) device includes a light source; a light source-moving delta robot on which the light source is mounted, the light source-moving delta robot being configured to change a traveling path of light emitted from the light source by adjusting at least one of a position or a slope of the light source in a three-dimensional (3D) space based on a movement of the light source-moving delta robot; a display device configured to generate a first image by modulating the light emitted from the light source; and a combiner configured to combine the first image generated by the display device with a second image, which is different from the first image and is received from an external source, and output a combined image.
