Abstract: Concepts and technologies are disclosed herein for communications network security for handling proxy voice calls that employ a voicebot. According to one aspect disclosed herein, a call handling system can intercept, from a communications network, a call request that is directed to a called target device. The call handling system can determine that the call request was generated by a voicebot on behalf of a user equipment. The call handling system can suspend the call request from being routed to the called target device. The call handling system can generate a voicebot confirmation request that identifies the voicebot and the user equipment. The call handling system can provide the voicebot confirmation request to the called target. The call request can be suspended while the voicebot confirmation request is provided to the called target device.

The operations may include detecting a product; based on the detection, adding the product to a property archive, wherein the property archive comprises a profile for plurality of products at a location; obtaining an indication of a problem with the product; based on the detected problem, initiating a service request for the product; automatically diagnosing the problem to determine a resolution; and based on the determined resolution, automatically purchasing a part of the product and shipping the part for the product to a location of the product.

Abstract: An audio generation system is provided to enable coordinated control of multiple IoT devices for audio collection and distribution of one or more audio sources according to location and user preference. The audio generation system enables a location sensitive acoustic control of sound, both as a shaped envelope for a particular source, and as an individualized experience. The audio generation system also facilitates an interactive visual system for visualization and manipulation of the audio environment including via the use of augmented reality and/or virtual reality to depict soundscapes. The audio generation system can also facilitate a system for improving and achieving an audio environment (sound influence zone) and an intuitive way to understand where sounds will be heard.
