The apparatus may detect an MPE event for at least one CC or at least one panel of the at least one CC.     Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus, and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for MU-MIMO communication based on SDM for a PUSCH. A UE may receive an indication of a plurality of DMRS ports for a PUSCH transmission and a number of DMRS CDM groups without data. The number of DMRS CDM groups without data is: greater than or equal to 3 when the plurality of DMRS ports is {0, 2}, greater than or equal to 2 when the plurality of DMRS ports is {1, 3}, or greater than or equal to 2 when the plurality of DMRS ports is {0, 2} and a number of front-loaded symbols corresponding to the plurality of DMRS ports is 2. The UE may transmit the PUSCH transmission based on the received indication of the plurality of DMRS ports and the number of DMRS CDM groups without data.
