    Abstract: A driver circuit includes a fly capacitor with a first end and a second end. The driver circuit includes a laser diode having an anode and a cathode. The driver circuit is configured to operate in first and second operating states. The anode is coupled to the first end of the fly capacitor. In the first operating state, the cathode is coupled to a first voltage supply node, the first end of the fly capacitor is coupled to a second voltage supply node, and the second end of the fly capacitor is coupled to a first reference terminal. In the second operating state, the cathode is coupled to a second reference terminal and decoupled from the first voltage supply node, the first end of the fly capacitor is decoupled from the second voltage supply node, and the second end of the fly capacitor is coupled to a third reference terminal.

    Abstract: A band-gap circuit for generating a bandgap reference signal includes a first bipolar transistor and a second bipolar transistor of a same type among PNP and NPN types. The first and second bipolar transistors are configured to generate a current varying proportionally with the temperature. A capacitor is connected between a base and an emitter of one or both of the first and second bipolar transistors.

    Abstract: An optoelectronic device includes an emitter of light rays and a receiver of light rays. The emitter is encapsulated in a transparent block. An opaque conductive layer is applied to a top surface and a side surface of the transparent block. The receiver is mounted to the opaque conductive layer at the top surface. An electrical connection is made between the receiver and the opaque conductive layer. A conductive strip is also mounted to the side surface of the transparent block and isolated from the opaque conductive layer. A further electrical connection is made between the receiver and the conductive strip.

    Abstract: A non-conductive encapsulation cover is mounted on a support face of a support substrate to delimit, with the support substrate, an internal housing. An integrated circuit chip is mounted to the support substrate within the internal housing. A metal pattern is mounted to an internal wall of the non-conductive encapsulation cover in a position facing the support face. At least two U-shaped metal wires are provided within the internal housing, located to a side of the integrated circuit chip, and fixed at one end to the metallic pattern and at another end to the support face.
