The first device allows a user to issue a facsimile transmission request, and the second device receives this facsimile transmission request and executes a facsimile transmission to a transmission destination. The first device has a determination unit for determining a caller telephone number based upon the user who issued the facsimile transmission request. The second device has a notification unit for notifying the transmission destination of the caller telephone number, which has been determined by the determination unit, when the facsimile transmission to the transmission destination is executed by the second device based upon the facsimile transmission request from the first device.

The system and method include inputting image information, generating output limitation information corresponding to the inputted image information, storing the inputted image information and the corresponding output limitation information, reading a document containing specifying information for specifying the stored image information, outputting the stored specified image information in accordance with reading of the specifying information, determining whether the image information specified by reading the specifying information is to be output based on the output limitation information corresponding to the image information, controlling the outputting of the image information in accordance with the determination, and varying the output limitation information corresponding to the image information in accordance with outputting of the image information.

摘要： A print system which are capable of inhibiting simultaneous use of the encrypted print and the box storage to thereby increase the security of print data. A host computer has an encryption function of encrypting print data, and issues a print job for the print data encrypted by the encryption function. A print server receives the issued print job, and has a decryption function of decrypting the encrypted print data of the received print job. A printer has a storage function of storing the print data decrypted by the decryption function, and outputs the stored print data. At least one of the host computer and the print server inhibits simultaneous use of the encryption function and the storage function.
