    摘要: Global metadata, such as a document identifier, which may be a globally unique identifier, is embedded into an embedded interactive code document by combining a first m-array and a plurality of copies of the first m-array to generate a combined m-array with encoded global metadata such that respective start positions (xd, yd)i of the plurality of copies of the first m-array in the combined m-array are each shifted, by respective amounts that are based on respective portions of the global metadata, relative to a start position of the first m-array in the combined m-array. Global metadata may be decoded from the combined m-array by determining the respective amounts by which the plurality of copies of the first m-array are shifted, relative to the first m-array, in the combined m-array and by combining the respective amounts to produce a decoded value of the global metadata.

The method according to one embodiment includes receiving a search query containing one or more terms; processing the query to add one or more bi-words as terms to the query; searching a search index having product identifiers and individual logical parts of the product identifiers in association with particular documents or portions thereof indexed into different fields in context and content parts of the index; generating a context score based on at least some of the terms matching the product identifiers and the individual logical parts in the context part of the index; generating a content score based on at least some of the terms matching content terms in the content part of the index; and generating a document score by combining the context score and content score.

A document page is encoded into codes associated with various locations of the document page. The codes are assembled into a code book.     摘要: A dynamically configurable clamping device for applying a desired electrical current to a tissue membrane includes an input lead electrically connected to the tissue membrane to provide a sensed signal indicative of voltage across the membrane. An input circuit includes an analog-to-digital converter, and is responsive to the sensed signal and provides a digitized signal indicative of the sensed signal. A digital signal processor executes selected program instructions to operate in a selected one of (i) a voltage clamp mode, (ii) a current clamp mode or (iii) a dynamic clamp mode based upon the state of a mode selection signal indicative of the selected operating mode. The digital signal processor provides a digital current command signal indicative of the current to be applied to the tissue membrane. An output circuit receives the digital current command signal, and generates a current signal indicative thereof. An output lead receives and applies the current signal to the tissue membrane. Digital feedback control is advantageous over the traditional systems by providing programmability, capability for dynamic changes of clamping modes, hardware simplification, and integration of multi-channel clamping systems. The digital signal processor in the feedback loop provides programmability in the control algorithm.
