    Abstract: A method for assembling a shell section of a wind turbine blade includes providing a support, the support comprising a surface having a primary surface portion configured for supporting a first component and a secondary surface portion configured for supporting a second component. The method also includes arranging a second component on the secondary surface portion such that an outer surface of the second component is facing the secondary surface portion. The method further includes arranging a first component on the primary surface portion such that an outer surface of the first component is facing the primary surface portion, and such that a first primary joint surface of the first component is facing a second joint surface of the second component. Arranging the first component includes applying a force to the first component to force the outer surface of the first component towards the primary surface portion and the first primary joint surface towards the second joint surface.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a wind turbine blade (10). The method comprises arranging one or more shear webs (50, 55) within a first shell half. At least one support frame (80) is fixe to one or more anchoring points (86) on the inside surface (36b) of the first shell half, the support frame comprising a free end (81) for engaging with a lateral surface of the shear web. One or more guide element (74) are fastened to at least one of the lateral surfaces of the shear web such that the guide element extends laterally from the shear web to form a receiving space (88) between the guide element (74) and the shear web (55). The shear webs are then lowered into the first shell half such that the free end (81) of the support frame (80) is received in the receiving space (88) between the guide element (74) and the shear web (55).

The noise reduction element extends between a third end and a fourth end in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The noise reduction element includes a base part configured to be attached to a trailing edge of a wind turbine blade. The base part has a first base part surface and a second base part surface. The base part extends between the first end and a first position in the first direction. The noise reduction element includes a first serration part having a serration pressure surface and a serration suction surface and extending in the first direction between the first position and the second end. The first serration part has a thickness in a third direction between the serration pressure surface and the serration suction surface.

    Abstract: A mould system for moulding a blade shell of a wind turbine blade includes a first mould for manufacturing a first blade shell part and a second mould for moulding a second blade shell part. The first mould has a first moulding side with a first moulding surface defining an outer shape of the first blade shell part. The second mould has a second moulding side with a second moulding surface defining an outer shape of the second blade shell part. The mould system is configured to rotate and position the first mould such that the first moulding side is facing the second moulding side and such that the first blade shell part may be joined with the second blade shell part so as to form the blade shell. The first mould includes a first mould flange along at least a part of the periphery of the first moulding surface.
