Abstract:
A device for packaging and dispensing a generally fluid product includes a dispensing head placed on top of an external body into which is inserted an internal container that forms a reservoir and is suitable for rigid attachment to a metering assembly of the head. The metering assembly, of the airless type, includes a metering pump that is surrounded and supported by a closing element in direct contact with the upper end of the container in a leaktight annular connection area. A ring which surrounds the connection area covers an internal peripheral volume defined between the body and the container. A wall that is movable towards the pump inlet provides a leaktight separation and maintains an identical pressure between the product in the reservoir and the air in the peripheral volume.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for assembling a device for packaging a cosmetic product, said device comprising: a glass container, said container having an opening, one edge of said opening forming a bead; a closure piece having a base with a shape substantially complementary to that of the opening in the container; a locking piece; the closure piece is mounted on the glass container by elastic fitting of the side walls around the bead, by moving the bead in translation towards the base of the closure piece, said elastic fitting ensuring sealed contact between the closure piece and the edge of the container; the locking piece is force-fitted around the side walls of the closure piece.
Abstract:
Assembly (1) adapted to contain a fluid, in particular a cosmetic fluid, comprising a bottle (2) extending in an elongate direction (6) and comprising a neck (30), a substantially tubular base (4) substantially covering the bottle and retaining means adapted to hold the bottle in the base. The retaining means comprise a collar (16) bearing on the bottle about its neck, a tubular member (8) and hooking means (18, 20). The tubular member (8) comprises elastic means (10) disposed between a first portion (12) and a second portion (14) of the tubular member in order to be able to vary the distance between said first portion (12) and said second portion (14) of the tubular member, said tubular member (8) being connected to said base (4) by means of its second portion (14). The hooking means (18, 20) are adapted to secure the collar (16) to the first portion (12) of the tubular member.
Abstract:
Cap comprising a base surface having a dispensing opening, closure means enabling the dispensing opening to be closed or opened, retaining means for holding the cap in position relative to a bottle, and a skirt which is to be inserted tightly in the filling opening of the bottle. The skirt also has a substantially cylindrical outer surface extending continuously around the entire skirt. The retaining means comprise a resiliently deformable peripheral protuberance which is arranged in the vicinity of the free end of the skirt.
Abstract:
A housing for cosmetic product(s), including at least one base to receive a cosmetic product and a mirror-bearing lid which is articulated with respect to the base by means of a hinge. A spacer plate connected to the base and including at least one through-opening passing through the thickness thereof so as to form a compartment directly surrounding the cosmetic product. The hinge includes a first upper pivot that is as one with the mirror-bearing lid, a pivot pin for the hinge, and a second lower pivot that is connected to the spacer plate so as to form the hinge. The pivots and the pivot pin are removably connectable to each other such that the mirror-bearing lid can be detached from the base and repositioned thereon as desired.
Abstract:
A cap closure having a top portion, a bottom portion having a dispensing orifice and a rail system. The rail system mechanically adheres the top portion to the bottom portion. The rail system includes at least two rail tracks on the bottom portion and at least two individual rails on the top portion. The two individual rails move axially along the two rail tracks to move the cap closure from a closed position to an open position to provide access to the dispensing orifice and vice-versa to close access to the dispensing orifice.
Abstract:
A wiping device for a fluid product applicator including a first part forming a support, a second part forming a wiping sleeve, the wiping sleeve making it possible to wipe an applicator stick immersing in a liquid product, the first part forming a support including an annular base resting on a mouth of the container, with an axial bearing collar and a tubular portion, the second part forming a wiping sleeve including a central passage and a wiping lip, with a plurality of legs extending from the annular base towards the sleeve, the legs being separated by secondary passages, which are located radially outside the sleeve and radially inside the tubular portion of the base, with an upper wiping lip having a free edge arranged in a plane located in the vicinity of the upper plane of the collar of the base.
Abstract:
A container for cosmetic product, includes at least one base part having at least one housing delimited to receive a cosmetic product. A cover is hinged about a first pivoting axis and the cover is kept closed on the base part by an actuator. An intermediate panel is rotatable with respect to the cover and the base part about a second pivot axis, when the container is open, between a closed usage position where the inner edge of the intermediate panel is lowered onto the base part around the cosmetic product to keep the product within the housing, and an inclined open position. The intermediate panel includes at least one hollow front portion forming a receptacle. The base part includes at least one opening that extends through the entire thickness thereof so as to receive, in the closed position of the intermediate panel, the hollow front portion.

Abstract:
A device to distribute a product which includes a sheath, a cup and a spiral body having at least one helical groove for guiding. The sheath is rotatable with respect to the spiral body and fitted into the spiral body. The sheath includes at least one opening having at least two portions non-parallel to the generatrix of the inner cylinder of the sheath and forming between them an obtuse angle strictly less than one hundred eighty degrees. The cup includes at least one guiding pin inserted into the helical guiding groove and into the opening. The guiding pin being displaced simultaneously along the helical groove and the opening when the sheath is set into rotation with respect to the spiral body.
