    Abstract: A tire tester includes a plurality of tire holding units attached to a movable member or a towed member and each configured to detachably hold a tire, and one or more load measuring units for measuring a load acting on the tire. The plurality of tire holding units include a first tire holding unit configured to detachably hold a first tire, and one or more second tire holding units each configured to detachably hold a second tire. The second tire holding unit holds the second tire to generate a force opposite to a lateral component force generated by steering the first tire. The tire holding units are arranged such that at least one tire holding unit is disposed on each right and left side of the movable member or the towed member with respect to a center line passing through a lateral center thereof.

    Abstract: A vehicle height adjustment device includes an actuator, a detector, and a controller. The actuator is driven when supplied with a current and is configured to change a relative position of a body of a vehicle relative to an axle of a wheel of the vehicle. The detector is configured to detect the relative position. The controller is configured to control the current supplied to the actuator to make the relative position a target value so as to adjust a vehicle height of the body. When a detection value of the detector is smaller than the target value of the relative position, the controller is configured to alternately supply an increase current and a maintenance current to the actuator. The increase current increases the relative position to increase the vehicle height. The maintenance current maintains the relative position to maintain the vehicle height.

A check valve in the communication passage allows fluid to flow from the annular fluid chamber to the rod-side fluid chamber and disallows the fluid to flow from the rod-side fluid chamber to the annular fluid chamber.

    Abstract: A suspension controller includes a target current setting unit, a current limitation setting unit, a current outputting unit, a current detector, and an estimated temperature calculator. The target current setting unit sets a target current value. The current limitation setting unit sets a current limitation value. The current outputting unit supplies a solenoid with a current that is based on the target current value, the current limitation value, and a power supply voltage. The solenoid controls a damping force of a suspension. The current detector detects a current value of the current supplied to the solenoid. The estimated temperature calculator calculates an estimated temperature of the solenoid based on the current value detected by the current detector so that the current limitation setting unit changes the current limitation value based on the estimated temperature.

    Abstract: A clutch for use in a steer-by-wire steering device for a vehicle is configured to switch between mechanically coupling and uncoupling a torque transmission path between a steering member operated by a driver and a wheel-turning unit configured to turn wheels. The clutch includes a position change member and a conduction path. The position change member is configured to change between a first position and a second position to switch between mechanically coupling and uncoupling the torque transmission path. The conduction path includes two points that come into contact with or separate from each other in accordance with positional change of the position change member. The conduction path is connected to an electric circuit configured to detect a change in a resistance value of the conduction path.

    Abstract: A flow path control device according to one embodiment includes a first valve which transitions between a closed state where a first flow is closed and an open state where the first flow path is open by moving toward an space from the closed state. The first valve is formed with an axial through-hole that communicates with the first flow path and the space. A pressure-receiving area of the first valve against a jack chamber is smaller than that against the space. Further, a second valve is provided in the space on a second flow path so as to transition between a first state where the axial through-hole is closed and an inflow path oriented toward the space from the jack chamber is open and a second state where it is closed and the axial through-hole is open.
