摘要： This invention relates to various 2-acetyl- and 2-propionylpyridine thioscarbazones which are substituted on the 4-nitrogen atom. These compounds are useful in the treatment of gonorrhea and, in addition, many are useful either in the treatment of malaria or bacterial infection. Also disclosed are several synthetic procedures used to prepare the thiosemicarbazones.

摘要： A system for transmitting and receiving data is provided. The system includes a direct-conversion receiver that receives a signal modulated on a carrier frequency signal. The direct-conversion receiver includes one or more subharmonic local oscillator mixers. A local oscillator is connected to the direct conversion receiver, and generates a signal having a frequency equal to a subharmonic of the carrier frequency signal. A transmitter is connected to the local oscillator, which uses the local oscillator signal to transmit outgoing data.

摘要： A weldable intermediate transfer belt having a substrate with a homogeneous composition of polyaniline in an amount of from about 2 to about 25 percent by weight of total solids, and a thermoplastic polyimide in an amount of from about 75 to about 98 percent by weight of total solids, and the polyaniline has a particle size of from about 0.5 to about 5.0 microns, and an apparatus for forming images on a recording medium and incorporating the intermediate transfer belt.
