The light source assembly includes an interconnector board that is separated from the LED board and which includes a second electrical connector that is connected to the cable and a third electrical connector that can connect to another cable, e.g., for supplying power to the light source assembly.

Abstract: A fluid treatment system for treating a fluid with ultraviolet light. The system includes a detachable light source assembly having a thermally conductive outer wall, an inner wall disposed inside the outer wall and surrounding an inner space within the inner wall that defines a treatment zone, and an ultraviolet light source disposed between the outer wall and the inner wall and configured to emit ultraviolet light toward the treatment zone, and a reactor vessel having an inlet port for receiving a fluid and an outlet port for expelling treated fluid, the reactor vessel configured to receive the light source assembly in an attached state such that a space between a wall of the reactor vessel and the outer wall of the light source assembly defines a cooling zone in which the outer wall is cooled by contacting the fluid.

Abstract: An embodiment provides a lamp apparatus, including: at least one filament; an amount of amalgam; a heat-sink assembly connected to the lamp apparatus; and at least one control circuit comprising a heating element and a temperature measurement element connected to the at least one filament, wherein the control circuit varies the electrical power delivered to the heating element, thereby controlling an internal temperature of the lamp apparatus relative to a temperature set point. Abstract: A system, method, and assembly for controlling a power supply for at least one ultraviolet lamp where at least one ultraviolet lamp uses input received from at least one sensor of at least one ultraviolet lamp to measure a characteristic of the at least one ultraviolet lamp and, if based on that at least one sensor, the at least one ultraviolet lamp determines that at least one characteristic of a power supply operatively coupled to the at least one ultraviolet lamp should be changed, generates a command for that power supply to modify that at least one characteristic either by modulating its output or adjusting an output level.
